The Card Game Workout

A fun way to get a workout in that you can do by yourself or with friends!

Here’s what you do:

1.  Shuffle a deck of cards

2.  Warm up with a one mile run

3.  Pick a card and begin!  Let’s say you choose a 5 of diamonds.  This means that you would 5 russian twists – one full side to side is considered one rep.

4.  Have fun!  Remember to stretch it out afterwards!
