My name is Lauren Collins, and I have a passion for creating fresh and healthy meals.
With so much sodium, sugar and artificial ingredients in pre-made foods these days, it's no wonder we feel bloated, exhausted, stressed and weighed down.
Up until a few years ago, I thought of it as just another chore in the daily grind to cook and meal prep.
I would order out all the time, consuming so much extra sodium and sugar that I started to feel like a balloon most days.
I finally decided enough was enough, and started to teach myself how to cook. Then came meal prepping, and going to farmers markets, and getting excited to eat broccoli.
I quickly lost 25 pounds, felt more energized, discovered a glow to my skin and a better outlook on life. I was hooked, and now I want to share it all with you.
Over the course of six months, I will show you how easy it can be to create delicious and healthy meals, food and meal prep for success and find confidence in the kitchen.
