To start, you’ll have an in-depth questionnaire that will help me get a better understanding of your own personal goals, previous history with diets, food preferences, exercise, sleep and lifestyle. Once completed, we would schedule either an in-person meeting or a Facetime phone call to go over the form and start working on your plan.
In most cases I start with a 30-day elimination diet to take out inflammatory foods. This gives your body a chance to detox from the fattier, saltier foods you’re normally eating and instead focusing only on whole foods. As your coach I help make this time easier with recipes, substitutes for your old favorites and snack/meal prep hacks and ideas so you don’t feel deprived.
