To start, you’ll have an in-depth questionaire that will help me get a better understanding of your own personal goals, previous history with diets, food preferences, exercise, sleep and lifestyle.  Once completed, we would schedule either an in-person meeting or a Facetime phone call to go over the form and start working on your plan.  


In most cases I start with a 30-day elimination diet to take out inflammatory foods.  This gives your body a chance to detox from the fattier, saltier foods you’re normally eating and instead focusing soley on whole foods.  As your coach I help make this time easier with recipes, substitutes for your old favorites and snack/meal prep hacks and ideas so you don’t feel deprived.

Coaching Package #1:


With this package, we will start with creating a personalized program together along with 1-2 health/fitness/self-care goals to start with, and put together ideas on how to easily acheive these goals.   After that, I will check in with you every few days via text message to see how your progress is, offer guidance, support, accountability and help in whatever way you need.  


Each week we will have a scheduled 20-minute Facetime call to go over the week and assess your goals.

Coaching Package #2:


This package is a continuation of package #1.  In addition to everything in package #1, you will also receive daily or every other day check-in messages and you are welcome to contact me at any time with questions (example - lets say you’re going to order a meal for takeout but aren’t sure what the right choice is…call or text me!  This is what I’m here for).


You will also receive a personalized meal plan each week, complete with breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner ideas.  There is a grocery list as well as helpful tips to make the week easier, articles to learn more about what you're eating, and more.


Couples that wish to choose this package will receive one customized meal plan each week, but individual accountabilty and support.
