Chickpea Feta Salad

Need a quick lunch idea?  Throw together a 1/2 cup chickpeas, 1/4 cup fat-free feta cheese, a big handful of shredded carrots, about 1 cup diced cucumber and 1 tablespoon Trader Joes Light Champagne Vinaigrette - delicious, easy and full of the good stuff that keeps you satisfied until dinner.
