10 Ways to Get More Protein in your Day

Did you know that according to some nutritionists, we should be consuming almost 100 grams of protein a day?!  That seems almost impossible when you think about what you eat every day.  An apple a day may keep the doctor away, but where's the protein?!  Sure you could throw some peanut butter on apple slices and call it a day, but that's still only giving you about 10 grams, and if you are an active gym rat, a runner, walker, weight lifter, hell, even just a breather, you need more.
