I am a self-taught cook with a love affair with food. 


When I was fresh out on my own and into my first job, I ordered out ALOT.  Like so much so that I quickly gained a bunch of weight and watched my wallet shrink to nothing.  It wasn't a great feeling.  I knew some basics of cooking from my Mom, but I was thirsty for more, and very quickly figured out that learning to cook for myself was the key to walking down the healthy path of life.  Through a lot of trial and error, I started making my own sauces and dressings, prepared my lunches for the week on Sundays and started meal planning and cooking all my own dinners.


That's when Creatively Delish was born.


I fell in love with cooking, and quickly it became a passion of mine to start creating my very own recipes.  I began sharing those on Creatively Delish, dropped 20 pounds, found another new love in food photography, discovered my passion for helping and teaching others to cook so I got certified as a Holistic Health Coach, and here we are today, at the Creatively Delish Cooking School.

As a Certified Health Coach and self-taught cook, I am excited to share my tips and techniques so you can learn how to cook and live a healthy life.  I am here every step of the way.
