I am a self-taught cook who found a love for cooking back in college, when I was finally on my own and couldn't deal with takeout any longer.  From watching my Mom cook pot roasts and chilis and homemade tomato sauce, to trial and error in my own kitchen, I have slowly learned how to create original, tasty, healthy meals from scratch.

By learning to cook for myself, and making my sauces, dressings and marinades myself, I managed to lose the 25 pounds I had gained in college.  

It is a rewarding experience, and whether you want to learn how to cook yourself or just need someone to come over and get some meals prepped for you and your family, I can help.
