What you can expect from Creatively Delish meal prep
Customized Menus
Each client has their own individualized menu that fits their needs. First you'll choose between a plant based, vegan, low carb, dairy free, soy free and/or gluten free meal plan. From there I will create a customized menu each week just for you.
Made With Love
All of my meals are made from scratch, down to the sauces and dressings, unless otherwise stated. I show my love through food! I'm happiest when I'm in the kitchen, dancing to music or listening to a podcast, and I think it really shows in the food I cook.
Discover New Ingredients
Each week I like to add in a new ingredient that you may not have tried before, whether it's jackfruit, nutritional yeast or jicima. Vegetables are secretly hidden in every dish, so you're always getting a healthy dose of nutrients, even when it feels like you're having serious comfort food.
Quality is Always #1
I shop at Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, local farmers markets and more traditional stores like Shaws. Organic is my preference, and I will always use the absolute best quality ingredients. If fish is in your meal plan, know that it will always be wild caught, from either Whole Foods or our local fish market in town.

Vegan Alfredo Spaghetti Squash
A creamy cashew-based non-dairy alfredo sauce, tossed with broccoli, sun dried tomatoes and spinach with spaghetti squash.
Jackfruit Banh Mi Bowls
A vegan twist on the classic banh mi made with jackfruit, gut healthy kimchi, quick pickled veggies, creamy avocado and a drizzle of sriracha.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I choose my menu?
I offer a set menu each week based off of your dietary needs. Requests are welcome but the majority of the menu is set. Meals are seasonal, using organic and local ingredients whenever possible.
What comes in each delivery?
Each delivery has 10 full plant-based meals (5 lunches and 5 dinners) that are individually portioned and ready to eat - no cooking needed. Some meals are freezer friendly. For those that desire additonal support, you also have access to my wellness coaching program, to help you stay on track and offer support when you need it.
Where do you deliver?
I am happy to deliver to the upper Cape Cod area, as well as Plymouth, the South Shore, Boston and Wellesley areas. We can work together to customize a delivery day and time that works in your schedule.
How much does it cost?
The cost of weekly meals depends on which kind of meal plan you choose (vegan, gluten free etc), as well as if you choose a weekly or monthly plan. Please email me for more information at lauren@creativelydelish.com
