Buffalo Cauliflower

Lesson 12

These are an awesome substitute to regular wings, and the sauce used from Primal is both deliciously spicy but also Whole30 approved, paleo, gluten free and dairy free.  Seriously couldn't ask for a better food swap than this.


Ingredients

1 head cauliflower, cut into florets

1/2 C almond flour

1/2 C vegetable broth

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1 bottle Primal Buffalo Sauce


Directions

1.  Preheat the oven to 375 and line a baking sheet with tin foil.  

2.  In a bowl, combine flour, broth, garlic powder, salt and pepper, then toss in florets.  Stir to coat the florets evenly.

3.  Arrange florets in an even layer on the sheet and then bake for 20 minutes, tossing once halfway through, until cauliflower is cooked.

4.  Pour about 1 cup of the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower, toss to combine, and then put back in the oven another 10 minutes or until the cauliflower starts to brown.

Enjoy immediately for best taste and texture.
