Roasted Broccoli

This is a quick and easy snack that gives a satisfying salty flavor and added crunch, but with all the health benefits of broccoli.
Directions:
Take either a bag of broccoli florets or cut florets off a whole broccoli head and arrange them evenly on a baking sheet. Drizzle broccoli with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Roast in the oven at 375 for 20-25 minutes, stirring them around halfway through. They are ready when they florets have softened and the tops have started to get a little crispy.
