No Meat for a Week

About a year ago I started taking a really close look at what I was eating, and very quickly discovered that eating meat isn't all that it's cracked up to be.  I chose to begin cooking meatless recipes for at least half of each week, and soon that escalated into almost every meal I make.  Getting creative was key to not getting bored, and now Ryan and I don't miss the meat at all!

I still love my brie, egg sandwiches and fresh fish from time to time, but I keep it to a minimum and the benefits are tremendous.

Going meatless has helped me in so many ways...​
