Dairy Free Big Mac Sauce

This sauce is a game changer for my dairy free life.  It's a zippy sauce that works perfectly from everything from veggie burgers, fries and *especially* Trader Joe's shrimp burgers.

This recipe is all over vegan food blogs, and every one of them is just a little bit different in their own way.  My version uses lots of sweet pickle relish, tangy yellow mustard and paprika to give it a well balanced flavor that is out of this world.

What to Serve with Dairy Free Big Mac Sauce

  • Veggie burgers
  • Fish and shrimp burgers - Trader joe's makes a really good shrimp burger
  • Sandwiches and wraps like Shrimp Po Boy's
  • Potato wedges / air fried french fries
  • Drizzle it or use it as a dip with grilled asparagus
  • Use it as a salad dressing to make "burger" salads

The recipe makes a lot of sauce, and you'll most likely end up with leftovers.  The good news is though is that it keeps well in the fridge for up to a week in sealed container or jar, so you can keep coming up with new ideas to use it with!
