Baked Broccoli & Artichokes

This baked broccoli and artichoke dish is a quick and easy meal or side. Tossed in a buttery caper sauce and topped with crispy panko, fresh dill and lemon.

If you're in need of a few easy side dishes to add to your arsenal, here's one I think you'll love.  You can serve this alone or with just about any protein, and it's delicious even made a day ahead and reheated.  

I used GF panko and Miyokos plant based butter, but if that's not your thing then go for the real stuff! Once you've let that crispy panko get nice and browned, garnish it with fresh chopped dill and lemon juice for a healthy, easy side dish.
